Nothing at all.....I did expect more from this hotel......but don't. .

Starting with the security guard at the front....people is not courtesy ....I expected more from customers service.....

Not the best facilities for the money, other options around

Nice breakfast, big rooms

Old facilities not well maintained, pool was a mess and dirty water, had to move to another hotel for a cleaner pool for our kid.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Went the extra mile for me- finding a ball pump so a present was ready, printing timetables and tips for my onward journey, etc Really appreciated the Manager Eduardo and team

Had a couple of times the phone lines not answered prior to arrival, but once there it was great!

Wonderful staff!

Needed headache pills after everything closed, do not speak Spanish, and nothing close open. The night manager took a taxi and bought asprin for me. Way above and beyond his job - absolutely wonderful!

Water in bathrooms by pool not turned on.

Worst crownne hotel

Not much, probably is nice and kind staff in the reception and the restaurant in the hotel is quite tasty too. (But I don't mean the breakfast)

The smell of the room! Very bad smell of the room like paint. Rusty lamp and bed. Very dirty wall paper and floor. Old school TV. When I worked in to the room, I almost want to leave, but just because I already prepaid all the money and to me is only a place to sleep. But this room is out of my mind. The price you pay is definitely not worth of this. Don't stay in this hotel is my advise.
